My professional goal is to conduct research in atmospheric chemistry. My undergraduate research involved aerosols and mass spectrometry, but I wish to expand my scope of research as a graduate student. Since atmospheric problems such as air pollution are transnational concerns and can be addressed by wide collaborative efforts, I also wish to engage with researchers in areas that touch human health and public policy in order to have the largest impact on the world’s pressing atmospheric problems.
