David Kickligher focuses on understanding the role of land ecosystems on global biogeochemistry and the impacts of human activities on interactions of the terrestrial biosphere with the atmosphere and the hydrosphere. He has collaborated with the CGCS and MIT Joint Program since 1992 to utilize MBL's Terrestrial Ecosystems Model with the MIT Integrated Global System Model.
