Guy Nordenson and Associates: Recently Completed Projects

This lecture will include the discussion of three recently completed projects, whose structure was designed by Guy Nordenson and Associates. It will focus on the design process and collaboration between architect and structural engineer from the early concept phase through construction.

Lucile Walgenwitz is an Associate at Guy Nordenson and Associates. She received her master's degree in civil engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausses (now Ecole des Ponts ParisTech) in France in 2008. Completed projects at Guy Nordenson and Associates include the Kimbell Art Museum with Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the Corning Museum of Glass North Wing with Thomas Phifer and Partners and the John V Tunney Bridge at the Hammer Museum with Michael Maltzan Architecture.
